Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry chickpeas
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce 14 oz
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Pressure cook the chickpeas on HI for one hour or soak overnight and boil for 30 minutes or until tender.
  • dice the onion, garlic, and ginger
  • Add all ingredients to sauce pan and simmer for 30 minutes.
