  • 4 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 jalepeno
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Chop the onion into small pieces.
  • Mince the Jalepeno. Remove the seeds if you want to cut down on the heat.
  • Mince the cilantro.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
