  • 1 large potato
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder


  • Using a mandolin, slice the potato into 1/16" thin slices.
  • Layer on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Do not overlap slices.
  • Sprinkle seasonings on top of slices.
  • Bake at 400 degrees. You will need to keep an eye on these as they cook so that they don't burn. You may want to flip them halfway through.
